Job Scope
1. Promote, introduce and explain our curriculum and program to prospective customers.
2. Actively seek, follow up and close on all customer inquires on our program.
3. Collect fee payment and follow up on open invoices to customers
4. Deliver a high-quality customer service experience 5. Attend to customers feedback to better improve our service.
6. Effective administration of program admissions processes from application to matriculation
7. Assist in updating the company's website / facebook / instagram
8. Assist to execute marketing outreach and campaigns
9. Maintaining customers' database records and classroom's inventories
Requirements
• Possess at least A-level or Nitec/diploma in any field
• Fresh graduates who are pro-active and sales driven are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills and is bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liase with students' parent/ teachers
• Prior experience working in sales , digital marketing or book keeping is an added advantage
• Full Time - 5 day work week / must able to work on Sat & Sun
