Job Description
Enterprise Development Intern (Sales - Marketing & Technology)

Responsibilities:

This is an Executive position for the Sales function in GUTTZ Singapore. Overall, you will need to manage the sales cycle from prospecting, presentations and closing sales. You are responsible in gathering client requirements and ensuring the requirements are delivered to the project management team well.


Other responsibilities include handling business development & marketing efforts for businesses handled by GUTTZ.


Concentrations

Marketing Services (Brand Management, A&P Campaigns)

Technology Integration (Enterprise & Web Applications, EDMs)


Key Responsibilities: 




Sales Cycle

Prospecting: Generating & maintaining leads by networking, calls, E-mail or through referrals.

Presentation: Securing & Meeting potential clients, presenting GUTTZ or other business channels’ products/services.

Closing Sales: Building client’s confidence in GUTTZ to engage the agency for their products/services, helping clients to understand our project process flows, and preparing quotations & invoices for the client.



Sales Handover

Collate & Deliver Client Requirements: Gathering accurate information and specification from clients, and delivering them to the project management team.



Client Care

Following up with clients of project status and levels of satisfaction

Establish gaining clients' interest & confidence: Developing & maintaining relationships with clients through meeting project delivery in terms of quality & time.


Overall

  • Ensure successful execution of Sales Processes by using sales guidelines.

  • Ensure adherence to all company & corporate communications policies and protocols. 

  • Establish and develop relationships with Clients & GUTTZ Team.

  • Familiarizing oneself with GUTTZ' products and services.

  • Ensure all sales & marketing efforts are appropriately resourced and executed.

  • Executing the strategy & programs to help our local leadership communicate with clients & employees on strategy and key operational aspects.

  • Background in Sales, Marketing, IT, or Related Fields

Remuneration and fringe benefits are competitive commensurate with experience and performance. (SALARY + ALLOWANCE + BONUS)



Full Sales Target: SGD50, 000   $2100 + $500 bonus + commission + $500 claim

1st month: SGD10, 000   $1600 + $150 bonus + commission + $200 claim

2nd month:  SGD20, 000   $1700 + $250 bonus + commission + $250 claim

3rd month:  SGD30, 000   $1800 + $350 bonus + commission + $350 claim
