HA Mode – Retail Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the shop in ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Assist updates of stocks management in social media platforms and inventory pos system.
• Process walk in, daily sales transactions and online orders.
• Assist in creating high-quality content for social media platforms, including videos and photos.
• Comfortable in front of the camera to assist with live sales and social media contents.

• Fresh graduates and individuals with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and proficient in social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fun, bubbly, and outgoing personality, with a passion for fashion and providing exceptional customer service.
  
  

Other Details

• Basic Salary + Commission
• Working hours : 12pm - 8pm (with one hour break)
• Working Days Tuesday - Sunday
