Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Establish and maintain department records, company organization charts and employee directory
  • Manage employee onboarding and exits as per Company policies
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process by finding talent across regions and scheduling their interviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
  • Oversee and process employee expense claims
  • Nurture a positive working environment
