Hai Sia, translated from Teochew, means the sound of the sea. From her humble beginnings in 1976 as a hawker stall at Mei Ling Street, Hai Sia has grown to be a familiar establishment at Jurong Fishery Port. Today, we combine 45 years of seafood knowhow with a 18,000 sq ft of modern, semi-automated seafood preparation hub to make delicious and nutritious seafood affordable and accessible to people from all walks of life. - Gain first-hand insights into how Hai Sia transforms itself amidst its existing wave of explosive transformation initiatives including implementation of several new systems and transformation of various internal policies and procedures
- Working together with the HR team and support in the development of some strategic HR/OD projects
- Conduct one-to-one interviews with existing employees of Hai Sia Seafood to understand their job scope. Consolidate and process the data for use in an OD project
- Design HR dashboard and metrics for data visualization and data analysis
- Co-lead and support employee engagement activities

Who Should Apply?
