As the Branding and Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand identity, managing marketing campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with our target audience. Your experience in the education industry, strong graphic design skills, and mature understanding of social media and search engine marketing, fluent in Mandarin in both writing and speaking will be essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute branding strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the education industry.
- Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including WeChat, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin, and more.
- Oversee graphic design projects for promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and SEM strategies, to increase visibility and attract leads.
- Collaborate with the content and business development teams to create educational resources and marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners within the education industry.
- Ensure all marketing content is fluent and culturally relevant for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
