HR Intern (Full Time, Available From Jan 2024 )
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to assist with business analytics and HR-related tasks.
The intern should be able to commit Full Time for minimum of 3 months and is a Singaporean or Singapore PR (we are unable to sponsor any work passes).
Responsibilities:
• Check data to ensure accuracy and consistency of figures.
• Consolidate monthly global reports for business operations.
• Create and update HR-related or business reports that can be used for subsequent analysis by the team.
• Communicate the results of data analysis to team members.
• Assist with the general day-to-day HR administration.
• Provide support in the recruitment process, such as scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
• Any other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Able to commit Full Time for minimum of 3 months
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Preferably students in their final year of study or graduates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work with large datasets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated and possess a positive learning attitude at work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
