We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Intern to assist our Logistics department with contract administration and Logistics-related tasks.
Resposibilities:
Assist with the processing of Purchase & Sales contracts via the trading system
Assist with the crosschecking of incoming orders and trade confirmation for all transactions
Assist with the emailing of Purchase & Sales contracts to customers (i.e. buyers and sellers)
Assisting with the following up with customers for countersigned contracts and Purchase & Sales orders
Any other contract administration tasks as assigned
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Highly motivated and possess a positive learning attitude at work
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
