HarriAnns is a Singapore-grown eatery with humble beginnings dating back to more than 60 years. It originated as a simple push-cart in the Tiong Bahru district in the early 1950s.
HarriAnns offers Peranakan heritage food made following recipes passed down for three generations from Grandma’s time. Till today, HarriAnns insists on using traditional methods and the freshest premium ingredients in the making of our Nonya Kueh. Each piece of Kueh is an edible piece of art, hand-crafted painstakingly by their chefs with tender loving care.

Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on corporate platform enquiries (via Corporate Phone, Email, and Online platforms)
- Work on customer orders, data entry and make sure all orders are correct and delivered promptly
- Coordinate with Kitchen team to ensure customers’ orders are met
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and colleagues through open and interactive communications
- Organise and improve on customer service processes
- Support the Logistic and Procurement team on related tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of F&B and Catering experience preferred
- Proven customer support experience
- Exhibits polite and professional communications via phone and emails
- Good time management skills as well as able to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Can work under pressure
