Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent customer service experience
• Greet customers, introduce and recommend food & beverage from Menu
• Share and provide product/additional information upon request
• Responsible for serving all food & beverages
• Responsible to upsell and retain/ extend customer’s stay in the outlet
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure fast table turn-around for next customer
• Ensure orders taken as of Customer’s requirements and orders are delivered timely and quality assured
• Adhere to operational and customer service procedures
