Internship Position: Business Consulting Intern

Position Overview:

Harvest is seeking a Business Consulting Intern who is eager to delve into the world of business consultancy. This internship is designed for individuals who aspire to pursue a career in business consulting and can commit to working at least three days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge in various areas such as mortgage consultancy, trust management, and investment research.
• Meeting Participation: Attend and contribute to business meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate on creating business proposals, including research, drafting, and refining content.
• Brainstorming Sessions: Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop and optimize business project operations.
• Contract Drafting: Assist in drafting business contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Liaison and Operations Support: Liaise with clients and team members to facilitate smooth operations and support various business functions.
• Will be trained personally by business director in business contracts, business negotiations, operations, project management and fulfillment
• Attachment to a Trust lawyer to gain exposure to family office/trusts as part of the program

Qualifications:

• Education: A Levels, Diploma, or ITE qualifications are welcome.
• Commitment: Able to commit for at least 6 to 12 months (Part time), with a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Maturity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in business and investments.
  • Knowledge-hungry with a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Hardworking, meticulous and have a strong desire to do well
