We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Business Consultancy Mentorship Program. As a mentee in this program, you will work closely with our Director in exploring and shaping new business ventures. This position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of business proposal formulation, marketing brainstorming, business plan creation, negotiation tactics, contract drafting, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to devise new business proposals and strategic directions.
- Brainstorm innovative marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of comprehensive business plans.
- Participate in business negotiation talks and contribute valuable insights.
- Aid in the drafting and review of contracts and other legal documentation.
- Engage in diverse learning experiences and skill development through structured training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in business development and consultancy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute actively to new business initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate should be someone with a commitment period of at least 6 months and able to continue on a part time basis thereafter (if the candidate is going for further education progression) or those who are able to commit on a part time basis for an extended period of time (such as those in part time schools)
The ideal candidate is also someone who is keen and fascinated about business developments and entrepreneurships, opportunistic, and able to have a 'business-mind'.
