Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies. Design campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple platforms.

• Content creation. Craft narratives, promotional materials, and engaging content for the community.

• Social media and community management. Build and nurture an online presence on platforms like Twitter and Farcaster.

• Partnerships. Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and opinion leaders to amplify the project’s reach.

• Performance analysis. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.

Operations:

• Project management. Assist with the product deployment and gathering of feedback from community, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• User onboarding and support. Create smooth onboarding processes for new creators and address user feedback to improve their experience.

• Data-driven decision-making. Use analytics to monitor the project’s progress and identify growth opportunities.

• Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with engineers, designers, and team members to ensure good integration of marketing and operational strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in marketing, operations, or similar roles, preferably in web3 or creator economy-focused projects.

• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

• Keen to drive, and preferably with experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and community building.

• Good project management skills with experience in scaling startups or web3 initiatives.

• Familiarity with web3 concepts, blockchain, decentralized platforms, and AI applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Web3 or creator-focused startups.

• Knowledge of social media tools, AI agents, and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with web3 and other decentralized tools relevant to creators.

• A strong network in the creator economy or Web3 community.
