We are looking for an Accounts Admin Intern who will be carrying out accounts related tasks like bookkeeping as well preparing documentations.
You will be guided in order to perform your duties well and learn the most out of this internship
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in book keeping and perform general administrative function
- Handle and track accounts; mainly AP, AR & GL
- Assist in accounting transactions
- Preparing financial schedule, budget, and support documents
- Preparing proposals and contracts
- Generate quotation, invoice and receipt
- Perform admin support duties - Data entries, photocopying, filing, scanning, etc
- Write and prepare minutes of meeting
- Any other ad-hoc duties related to Accounting
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Business Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
- Computer literate and good communication skill
- Able to work under pressure & in a fast paced environment
- Independent, responsible and able to multi-task
- Excellent team player
- Pleasant, hardworking, meticulous and responsible
- Able to perform and eager to learn
- Immediate availability
- Permitted to work in Singapore
