1.2 Primary Responsibilities
- Work with project manager to develop and install IT projects
- Receive training and perform duties in IT department
- Set performance goals and objectives with project manager
- Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers
- Responsible with quality control of finished product
- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties
- Assist project manager to manage the back-end of the IT development
- Perform any other duties that are assigned by the project manager
- The internship program will last for 6 months. Outstanding intern will automatically be converted to full-time staff once the program ends.
1.3 Requirements
- Proficient in CSS, Javascript and HTML.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
- The ability to work well with others and lead a team
- Speaks fluent English
