Job Description

JOB MISSION

The Accounts Intern supports the Accounts team in ensuring smooth project coordination, campaign execution, and client deliverables. This role offers a hands-on introduction to the world of digital marketing, with opportunities to assist in managing social media campaigns, coordinating shoots, and collaborating with creative teams. Ideal for students or recent graduates, this internship is a stepping stone to a dynamic career in digital marketing.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

First 30 Days

In your first month, you’ll build a foundation for success by:

Learning the Ropes:

  • Familiarise yourself with our accounts, processes, and tools, including how the Accounts team collaborates with Content, Design, and Strategy teams.
  • Understand project workflows, timelines, and approval processes.

Supporting Campaign Execution:

  • Shadow Account Executives to observe how campaigns are managed from start to finish.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks like creating timelines, tracking deliverables, and preparing internal updates.

Getting Involved in Social Campaigns:

  • Support planning for social media shoots by coordinating schedules, logistics, and basic on-set assistance.
  • Learn how to draft simple content calendars, schedule posts, and prepare campaign performance summaries.

Day-to-Day Expectations

  • Assist the Accounts team with project coordination tasks, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are up to standard.
  • Help plan and coordinate social media shoots, including organising logistics, props, and basic documentation.
  • Prepare research and reports for client campaigns, including competitor and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Gain exposure to client interactions, with potential opportunities to participate in meetings or calls.
