The Challenges
- You will work in a team and understand role requirements while mapping out the market talent landscape.
- Providing useful insights and data points as a prerequisite to building data visualization.
- By working with our in-house system, you will build connections, evaluate competencies and provide first-level screening based on given customer's job requirements
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against the job description by providing candidate interview insights through our standardised reporting requirements.
- Assess candidates to ensure culture, attitude and aptitude fit. When necessary, put them through our in-house assessment centre for pre-qualification.
- You will provide logistics support and also candidate support throughout the entire talent acquisition cycle.
What It Takes
- Keen interest in data and have a strong interest in building datasets
- Able to use PowerBI to build the visualization.
- Keen interests in developing industry knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
