Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about using advanced analytics to uncover customer insights and improve Hatch’s business outcomes. You will be in charge of analysing business and media data across our online channels and come up with weekly reports that informs our marketing strategy. You will succeed in the role if you are hungry to learn and ready to take ownership of your work.
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Track, collect and interpret campaign performance data from Google Analytics and Social Media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
2) Build and manage KPI dashboards for real-time measurement of marketing effectiveness
3) Condense key information into weekly reports that deliver crucial marketing insights to inform marketing strategy
4) Identify opportunities and generate ideas for value creation from consumer behaviour insights
Learning Opportunities
1) Set up and maintain a consistent analytics reporting framework
2) Strategise, conceptualise, and execute a marketing campaign based on data-driven insights
3) Monitor and analyse consumer insights, transforming them into creative business ideas that drive company-wide objectives

For internship positions, we are looking for students from local Institutes of Higher Learning who are able to commit for a minimum of 5 months. This includes students who are looking to fulfil internship requirements or have plans to take a Leave of Absence.
