As a Marketing intern in Hatter Street Global, you will work closely with our creative studio, designer and founding team for a full-time, paid internship opportunity running approximately for at least 3 months. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.

Job Description

Your Role

As a Hatter Street Design Intern, your job is to leverage your marketing expertise to support the objectives of a wide variety of project types - print media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand development. You will be working directly with a Creative Director, and gain tremendous experience and insight on project and retail marketing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing F&B startups in Singapore and take advantage of the wide range of opportunities available to you as a full contributing member of the Hatter team.


What You Will Do During This Internship

  • Participate in the conceptualization and visioning of projects to help define their strategic goals and marketing direction
  • Work closely with designers to design and realise projects that seamlessly blend physical environments with branded experience and expression
  • Gain knowledge of the brand development process. 
  • Collaborate with designers to create experiential design solutions that engage consumers and potential franchisees through different platforms.
  • Gain real-world experience working with franchisees who are business owners.


Your qualifications

  • A demonstrably strong grasp of the fundamentals of print and digital/ social media platforms available.
  • A thoughtful attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Willingness to take direction and the desire to learn from team members from a variety of disciplines
