With the first product roll-out in Singapore in May 2017, Haulio is already Singapore’s Largest Haulier Network, connecting over 50 Haulage companies together into one single platform. As a member of Haulio’s Community Management team, you will help to support the product development and manage the Community Portal which consists of over 200 Company Users. The objective is to re-engage the users and to keep them active on Haulio. You will be working directly with the Product Team and be tasked to innovate means to reach out to the Community.
What you will be doing:
Drive activity within Haulio Community and engage some Company Users on the ground
Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in capturing new opportunities and developing new products
Identify and conduct continuous UI/UX testing on the current product to improve or innovate new processes to keep business operations as efficient as possible
Develop and lead a marketing campaign to make our presence felt within the industry
Conduct basic market research on the container and freight industry to identify opportunities and threats
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams from customer service to accounts to ensure alignment to company priorities
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain related modules, Marketing or business-related fields. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
Curious and analytical mind that can make use of data to segment customers and generate insights
Balances attention to detail with swift execution – we do things quickly, and we need to do them well
Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexibly
Proficiency in marketing tools to effectively run a marketing campaign
Tonnes and tonnes of passion and patience to engage and change the industry
