Haulio Pte Ltd – Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: 

• Campaign Execution: Working with other departments to create campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products.
• Marketing Strategy: Developing strategic audience development plans to ensure marketing communications accurately reflect brand positioning and key messaging. Collaborating with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across our products.
• Lead Management: Be the lead in messaging and writing regarding outbound reach to customers, as well as manage inbound leads via company’s CRM platform.
• Content Development: Develop compelling content that communicates the benefits of our products in an easily understandable manner, to build our digital presence in adherence to current SEO best practices.
• Email Marketing: Develop and send marketing emails, including writing email copy and managing contact lists via company’s CRM platform.
• Social Media Marketing: Overseeing and executing community building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, brand affinity and improve the audience experience across our various social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Marketing Communication: Management of the creative/design process for marketing material. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new material in line with the marketing strategy, including presentations, testimonials, artwork etc.
• Internal Marketing: Support Internal marketing initiatives like Company Newsletters, HR related marketing initiatives, product updates to current customers etc.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all printed and digital materials by following brand guides.
• Regularly reviewpling marketing plans, KPIs and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Has an eye for details and flair in creative designs
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work
