We’re looking for a Part Time Client Success Executive to join our growing organisation. We have an increasing pool of clients and a growing set of products and services that you will be assisting to manage. You will be assisting the organisation in 3 aspects – Client Training, Upselling of other Products and Services, and the monitoring of Client Usage, Happiness and Entrenchment.
In this role, you will be working closely with our software sales and operational teams to engage, rollout, and piece together the best possible experience for you customers. The ideal candidate is someone who has cares strongly customer happiness and can ensure that the customer is maximising their experience with our organisation.
Part - Time Customer Success Executive
Responsibilities
- Organise the onboarding and rollout of systems for our users, including conducting onsite training, and user research appointments with our product managers.
- Closely monitor user engagement levels, identify hurdles, potential drop-offs, design engagement and action plans to prevent loss of users.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- A passion for innovation and
- Excellent instincts and ability to interface at director level contacts with ease
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
- Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
- Relevant Experience in Client Success or Trainer Roles
Other Information
- Able to commit at least 4 hours per Saturday afternoon to engage users and/or conduct training.
- Able to commit at least 10 hours per working week for internal discussions, updates and working hour engagement/trainings with our users.
- Able to engage users and/or conduct training during out-of-office hours and the weekends.
