Media, Social & PR Internships (Full-Time | Rolling Applications)


Havas Group Singapore is looking for interns to join our media and PR & social agency teams in 2023! We are seeking candidates who can commit full-time for a minimum of 4-6 months. The following internship opportunities will be available on a rolling basis, through the second half of the year:

  • Digital Media Planning Intern, Havas Media Group
  • Media Planning Intern, Havas Media Group
  • Strategy & Insights Intern, Havas Media Group
  • Social & PR Intern, Socialyse
  • Project Management Intern, Socialyse

1. Digital Media Planning Intern

Digital Media Interns will be responsible for supporting our digital media teams in the day-to-day media planning and operations across digital channels and platforms (e.g. Social, Display and Mobile). You will develop an understanding of digital media planning and buying strategies across digital buying and marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).

2. Media Planning Intern

Media Interns will be responsible for supporting our integrated media teams in the day-to-day media planning and operations across online (focused on upper-funnel) and offline channels. You will develop an understanding of media planning and buying strategies across offline and online platforms (across FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital and Mobile, etc.)

3. Strategy & Insights Intern

The Strategy & Insights Intern will be responsible for supporting our Research & Insights and Strategy & Planning team that straddles Data Intelligence, Digital/Social, Creative, and Media expertise in their day-to-day work. You will develop an understanding of strategy & planning within media. You will learn to deduce issues, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable ideas within the confines of a page.

4. Social & PR Intern

Social & PR interns will be responsible for supporting our Social & PR team in tasks such as the development of content calendars, community management, press release writing, brand/consumer/competitor research, social media performance analysis, media monitoring, and other related tasks. You will develop an understanding of planning and executing integrated communication activities/campaigns across owned, earned (PR) and paid (social) media.

Candidates should be fully immersed in and understand the nuances of content across major social media networks and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

5. Project Management Intern

Project Management interns will be responsible for supporting our Project Management team in the planning, organising, and tracking of project schedules between our Client Servicing and Creative teams – including the scheduling for brief meetings; assisting in consolidating and organizing meeting/communication notes, feedback, and project-related deliverables; managing the workflow across multiple accounts, projects, and resources. You will develop an understanding and experience in planning and executing project workflows, deducing issues, and gaining insights to streamlining project communications.

Candidates should be keen to understand project management systems and workflow in a creative agency. Having a background in design, multimedia or film will be an added advantage.

Requirements for all roles:

  • Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
