Job Description

Digital Executive 

Main Responsibilities

As a Digital Executive, you will be responsible to support the team in digital media planning and operations that focuses on the conversion portion of the marketing funnel.

Planning

  • Works closely with the senior executive to present media recommendations to the client
  • Engage clients on day-to-day operations and various campaign reports

Digital Operations

  • Work with traders for campaign proposals
  • Book and activate campaigns – both managed service and self-service across various platforms, mainly social and display
  • Digital ad ops including ad trafficking, review of creative assets and tagging
  • Liaise with media owners & clients for material submission
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels such as Facebook, Display and Google Ads
  • Produce interim and post-campaign reports for clients
  • Work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly in a timely manner

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines
  • Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
  • Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
  • Plays well with others and is a team player
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel
