Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Finance & Ad Operations Intern to support our team.
We are looking for candidates who can commence immediately, and are currently prioritising candidates who can commit full-time for a minimum of 4-6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data entry of vendor invoices and campaign activity on finance systems.
- Collaborate internally with teams to ensure accurate financial reconciliation is completed by stipulated deadlines.
- Provide clear communication with finance on disputes that prevent monthly reconciliation
- Timely follow up for all financial and reconciliation disputes
- Supporting Data Entry and data matching functions within the Agency
- Checking accuracy of Campaign briefs on finance systems
- Ensuring that operations processes established internally based on aligned protocol is adhered and to flag up areas where discrepancy is seen to line manager
You will develop an understanding of media agency landscape, as well as gain experience in financial systems, digital media operations and media buying.
Requirements for this role:
- Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
- Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Interest in the media and advertising landscape in Singapore
- Pro-active, responsible, accountable, and collaborative
- Highly analytical, well-organised and has great attention to detail with a focus on quality of results
- Persuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)
