Main Responsibilities
- Support the team of account directors, managers, executives in the planning, launching, and executing of integrated communications strategies for client accounts
- Build strong relationships and liaise with internal teams (creatives, media planners, social traders) and external parties (clients, press, influencers) to execute strategies
- Media monitoring and social listening reports to monitor clients’ brand health and find coverage or stories related to clients and/or campaign work
- Content planning and community management for client’s social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to achieve the client’s business and communications objectives
- Monthly social media performance analysis reports for managed channels and campaigns
You will develop an understanding and experience in planning and executing integrated communication activities/campaigns across owned, earned (PR) and paid (social) media.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
- Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience using productivity tools will be appreciated
