Responsibilities
[RUN]
- Managing JAMF deployment and enhancement
- Managing office IT infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, FW, Printers, CCTV, PaBX system, VC system, and Door Access System)
- Managing IT inventory
[HELPDESK]
- Solve issues for users (hardware, software)
- Prepare/clean computers for new joiners/leavers
- Troubleshoot local office infrastructure
Qualifications / Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related field
- Technical skills: Active directory, network, security, Windows servers, Meraki
- Knowledge of JAMF and Intune
- Good knowledge in networking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player and proactive in providing innovative ideas
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- EXCEPTIONAL organized mind to prioritize tasks
