The Social & PR division of Havas Singapore (Socialyse / Red Havas) is looking for a Social & PR Intern to join our team of hybrid consultants (with backgrounds in content, social media, public relations, and more). You will be responsible for tasks such as the development of content calendars, community management, press release writing, brand/consumer/competitor research, social media performance analysis, media monitoring, and other related tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the team of account directors, managers, executives in the planning, launching, and executing of integrated communications strategies for client accounts
- Build strong relationships and liaise with internal teams (creatives, media planners, social traders) and external parties (clients, press, influencers) to execute strategies
- Media monitoring and social listening reports to monitor clients’ brand health and find coverage or stories related to clients and/or campaign work
- Content planning and community management for client’s social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to achieve the client’s business and communications objectives
- Monthly social media performance analysis reports for managed channels and campaigns
Requirements for this role:
- Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
- Fully immersed in and understand the nuances of content across major social media networks and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Qualities we are looking for:
- Active learner and forward-thinker who excels at identifying evolving social media, content, and communication trends
- Pro-active, responsible, accountable, and collaborative
- Well-organised with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
- Strong language skills. Additional languages will be a plus
- Persuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)
