Job Description

Based in Singapore, the Legal Intern will be integrated in the Creative and Media agencies’ daily life. She or he will assist the Legal Manager in providing legal support on contractual matters and related subjects, providing review and advice for the operational and support teams across Asia Pacific region.
You have a good eye for detail, organised in nature and have the ability to manage critical timelines and queries. You work well as part of a larger team but you also enjoy being autonomous in your work. You are a keen learner with a passion.
The scope:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and contract variations in various jurisdictions across Asia Pacific region;
  • Responding to tenders;
  • Preparing templates when required;
  • Conducting legal researches;
  • Helping enforce legal standards of the Group at regional level;
  • Drafting or reviewing corporate documentation from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Law Degree – knowledge in Intellectual Property Law required;
  • Some previous experience in the advertising or entertainment industry would be a plus;
  • Very good level of English (spoken and written) required and a good level of French would be an asset;
  • Appreciates cross team collaboration;
  • Ability to prioritize workload;
  • Business oriented.
