Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding of new partners
- Creation of new deals
- Extraction of analytics & data
- Liaise with existing partners on deals (current and future)
- Respond to questions posed by existing and potential customers
- Ensure that the key tasks are properly communicated and documented between the marketing, sales and product team
- Schedule meetings with paying merchants ahead of contract renewal to review the performance of their brand on Tribes
- Work with product and marketing team to generate customer insights
Requirements
Preferred:
- Experience in a consumer-oriented role (eg. sales/ customer service)
- Savvy with social media and online e-commerce platforms like Carousel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident to work with brands and maintain and deepen relationships with partners
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
