As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Coordinator to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, enhancing client experience, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, correspondence and administration for the executive team
• Oversee clinic logistics to ensure a seamless and efficient day-to-day operation
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a premium and white-glove experience
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key referral partners
• Assist with strategic initiatives, partnerships, and marketing efforts to drive business expansion
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service excellence
• Provide support on special projects, events, and VIP client experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Professional & Polished Presence – Articulate, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients and industry leaders
• Exceptional Organizational Skills – Able to juggle multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
• Tech-Savvy & Resourceful – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools
• Experience in High-Touch Environments – Background in private client management, healthcare, luxury services or therapy settings is an advantage
