Job Description
Investment Analyst Intern (Corporate Development)
Responsibilities
- To provide support to the Corporate Development team in terms of carrying out market research, analytics, and evaluating deal flows
- To provide assistance during “live” deal situations. This includes organising financial modelling, conducting business and financial analyses, supporting the due diligence process, working with externally appointed professionals such as financial advisors, industry consultants, legal advisors, etc.
- To assist the team in developing and/or verifying the business case for the transaction
- To help monitor the status of the organisation’s current investments
- To perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated
Requirements
- At least 2 years of studies in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and excel skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines well
