Overview: The intern will be guided on accounting related processes and will assist with the below tasks:
1. Assist in ILTC Quarter and Annual submission
2. Assist in Year-End closing
3. Perform daily banking matters
4. Assist in audit related matters
5. Perform reconciliation activities such as report and system
6. Handle customer enquiries and requests
7. Perform collection activities such as donation and counting of donation box
8. Filing and digitization related Financial documents
Learning Objectives:
- Exposure to financial, accounting, budgeting practices in charities
- Hands-on application of finance/accounting principles
- Exposure to different reports used in finance department ops
- Exposure in an organisation that is in the healthcare industry and also part of the social service sector.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable with the accounting-centric internship
- Interest in social service sector
- For part-time internship, please inform on your cv which days you are available. Allowance will be pro-rated for part-time internship.
