Pros: Working at HCA was extremely humbling and opened my eyes to the goodness in society. The company constantly innovates and looks into areas of improvements to serve its patients and staff better. The people I worked with were genuinely friendly and cared for the well-being of one another. The management treats its employees well, allowing flexibility and independence to manage one's time to achieve a work-life balance.
Cons: Being a non-profit and lean organisation, HCA can benefit from more help from the society. If you may have thoughts on donating/volunteering, please do not hesitate to do so. Having worked at the organisation, I am confident that it is worth the time and effort for the better of our society.
