Heart Media Pte Ltd – Marketing and Events Intern

We're looking for keen learners and independent thinkers who are interested in pursuing a career in marketing. Interested applicants should be able to commit three months or more, for five days a week. Through this internship, you will be working closely with the Marketing team and learn the ropes of the Marketing & Events segment. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Presently studying for a diploma or degree in communications or equivalent (if you're not but are passionate, we may consider you!)
• A strong interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury jewellery and pop culture
• Good command of written and spoken English
• More than familiar with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• A creative mind with full of ideas, and a willingness to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Proposal (Ideation work)
• Source for Vendors 
• Representing the team at events and assist with brand liaison 
• Planning of Events work
• Assisting in the management of social media accounts
• Prefer someone with knowledge of photography/videography to execute small in-house work

The candidate should be fluent in English, possess basic knowledge of event execution and simple photo editing skills (Passionate and knowledgeable about luxury brands is a plus). Previous event experience is advantageous and the candidate must be willing to commit for at least 3 months or more.
