HeartBid is a homegrown fundraising service and platform that helps charities and non-profits maximise their fundraising efforts through auctioning curated and memorable experiences. We connect charities with artists, craftsmen, instructors, and businesses to offer unique auction items, creating a vibrant giving ecosystem between fundraisers, donors, and givers. As we grow, we are looking for a Partnership Executive Intern to support our outreach efforts, build meaningful collaborations, and help expand HeartBid’s impact in Singapore’s fundraising landscape.
As a Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in driving HeartBid’s growth by building and maintaining relationships with charities, businesses, and potential sponsors. This role offers hands-on experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and social impact-driven fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential charity partners and corporate sponsors who align with HeartBid’s mission.
- Assist in pitching HeartBid’s platform to charities and businesses, highlighting the benefits of auctions as a fundraising tool.
- Support outreach efforts, including email communications, meetings, and follow-ups with potential partners.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and new fundraising opportunities.
- Help coordinate partnership agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new charity clients.
- Collaborate with the team on upcoming campaigns, such as the Great Singapore Give Auction, to secure donated auction items.
- Assist in impact measurement initiatives, tracking key metrics related to partner engagement and fundraising outcomes.
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and updating partnership records.
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about the non-profit sector, fundraising, and corporate social responsibility.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with outreach, sales conversations, and engaging new stakeholders.
- Prior experience in partnerships, sales, or fundraising is a plus but not required.
