We are a local Dairy Manufacturer wanting to reformulate our current range of dairy products as well as launch new ranges based on our target customer portfolio.We at Heavenly are inspired to produce Fresh Dairy Products locally in Singapore that is indulgent and satisfying sensorially,however it is also guilt-free due to our commitment to being a health-oriented dairy company.We would like to have an Intern to assist us in conducting various trials in product development from conceptualisation to commercialisation and give them the hands-on experience of creating products. A good learning opportunity at picking up valuable industry experience in different stages of product development.
- Checking with regulatory bodies in Singapore and the different specifications for nutritional claims
- Calculating nutritional content of samples/trials
- Reaching out to different suppliers for different samples of ingredients and tabulating product costs for each option.
- Carry out structured application trials, from set up to execution and ensure results are meeting sensory and cost targets.
- Assist management in developing product concepts and prototypes that fit to market trends and in congruence to business objectives and strategies
- Research on potential ingredients to replace existing ingredients and propose reasons for substitution
- Lack of Dairy knowledge is not an impediment,we will provide the scientific guidance. A positive attitude and a passion for R&D and product development is a must.
