Job Description
  • Provide general administrative support to the Hospitality team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication between the department and external partners.
  • Translate documents, agreements, and minutes of meetings from Chinese and Japanese.
  • Keep track of all monthly reports received from hotels in Japan and Thailand.
  • Update monthly performance data to prepare for Half-Year and Full-Year shareholders' meeting presentation slides.
  • Support the preparation work for New Hotel Openings
  • Assist in the preparation and planning for the opening of the Bhutan Hotel.
  • Collate and compare quotations from various suppliers and vendors.
  • Request samples and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • FF&E and OS&E Coordination
  • Prepare and maintain FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) listings by department.
  • Work with hotel department heads to ensure all necessary items are included and accurately listed.
  • Assist in the ordering and tracking of FF&E and OS&E items.
