Job Description
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies for the Vietnamese market
  • Assist in brainstorming ideas for content marketing
  • Assist with creating content for email newsletters
  • Assist in the development of both online and offline marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
  • Other tasks as required by the marketing project and customer service team
  • Assist with managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram)
  • Assist in chatting with leads and existing customers and assisting them with their queries
  • Assist in communicating with customers via phone, chat and email
  • Assist in conducting market research to determine potential of products and services

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Students pursuing Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Immediate starter preferred
  • Marketing, Sales or Customer Service experience background is not compulsory as long as you have the right attitude and skill sets
  • Preferably a resourceful person
  • Believes in being efficient, and having good initiative
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track.
  • Knowledgeable digital marketing
  • Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
  • Strong analytical critical thinking skills: ability to interpret data to provide information to aid decision-making.
  • Motivated, self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • "Quick learner"
  • Hungry to learn, develop and constantly improve your skills
  • Great written and oral communication skills and a good phone/email manner
