Tasks Event Assistant
- Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations, event planning, execution and post-event fundraising service
- Attend weekly Event Operations meetings
- Coordinate all item selection for fundraising events, e.g.: Bringlists, Ballot Bidding® Form
- Coordinate all on-site venue preparations and breakdowns
- Assist with the packing and breakdown of event equipment in the office
- Monitor stocklists and ensure all items are sent out within 3 weeks post event
- Ensure that all accounts receivables and accounts payables are completed within two weeks after event completion
- Management of Supply Only events
Business Administration / Marketing
- Answer incoming calls and assist in answering enquiries
- Manage incoming e-mails to guests and clients
- Prepare event vouchers
- Social Media awareness
Market research in the area of new events
