JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring for our Operations team which is made up of Customer Service, Recruitment and Cleaner Success. The Helpling Operations team are a fun, friendly bunch of people who enjoy helping our customers and cleaners to make their lives that little bit easier. We echo the brand and Good Customer Service is at the heart of what our service promises. Our goal is to make our customer and cleaner experience as smooth as possible...and to give people more time to do the things they love! If customer service comes naturally to you then come and join the family!

We are genuinely passionate about our customers and freeing up more with their time to do what they want in their busy lives. We enjoy active conversations with them, solving problems because they help us to understand their needs more – and to create a better service for them. We want to continually engage and delight them and this is where you come in!

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Able to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
  • At least 1+ years work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu in order to liaise with multilingual speaking associates
  • Empathic personality with excellent communication & listening skills and a pleasant telephone voice and manners
  • High degree of reliability and organizational skills
  • Bonus: call centre/customer service environment
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice
