This role will support the highly-profitable Asia-Pacific business covering Singapore and Australia.
As a Finance and Operations Management Intern, you will play an integral role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers and partners. Excellent communication, creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of our technology will be essential for you to excel in the role. You will also identify workflow and functionality gaps that should be improved or resolved as we prepare to blitzscale our operations across the region. Your end goal is to increase productivity and impact – internally and externally. You will tackle the strategic and operational challenges of scaling up the business while building up deep functional expertise.You will also gain insightful knowledge about the industry and deeper understanding of managing a tech company.
Responsibilities
1) Analyze data on current projects, identify bottlenecks and make improvements
2) Launch new projects to improve customer experience and satisfaction
3) Support day-to-day finance operations
4) Serve as a consultant to the Management team on critical issues
5) Communicate with different stakeholders and manage interpersonal relationships
