Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Contribute to employee relations initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and employee communications.
- Assist with HR policy and procedure updates and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvement and efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and contribute innovative ideas to enhance HR processes.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and develop HR skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
