Job Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play an integral role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. Excellent communication, creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of our technology will be essential for you to excel in the role. Your end goal is to ensure that all sales requests are assigned to and fulfilled by our service providers. You will be a Customer Experience Rockstar in a team that executes fast and efficiently - we play to win.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in pre and post sales queries 
  • To match sales orders with service providers who meet the customer’s requirements 
  • To ensure all communication and feedback are followed through 
  • To manage all communications correspondence such as SMS, whatsapp, emails and phone calls 
  • Any other duties as assigned  

Qualifications

  • Ready and excited to take on a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Great communication skills – you are able to listen to and talk to anyone and everyone in all kinds of situations
  • Quick thinker, resilient and eager to tackle new, complex, and/or unstructured problems
  • Self-motivation and an enjoyment for a startup environment, including a thick skin and the ability to deal just as well with the hard days as the good days
  • Native fluency in English and right to work in Singapore. Burmese-speaking would be a bonus.
  • Bonus: Multiple languages, customer service experience in the hospitality industry, and/or operations experience in startups
