Be part of a high level client services team, working with legal and business services team members in Singapore
1) reception duties such as receiving clients and visitors, and answering visitor inquiries. Answering, screening and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person, and if necessary, to take messages accurately and forwarded the messages on a timely basis.
2) Supporting high level of client service F&B requirements with tea lady. Serving coffee, tea or other drinks to guests and visitors when required.
3) Maintaining a tidy appearance of the conference rooms before and after use, including the replenishment of stationery. Handling reprographics and fax transmissions requests for clients in the conference rooms.
4) Recording staff sick leave. Ensuring all incoming mail is distributed promptly.
5) Maintaining a Visitor/Contractor Pass log to document the issuance of visitor/contractor passes and, to follow up with a daily review of the log. Learn and be well-versed with meeting rooms equipment and updating wi-fi passwords
6) General admin work such as facilities co-ordination, expenses, invoices payment and so on
7) For high ability candidates, there will be opportunities to get involved in ad hoc projects to enhance one's the work experience
