Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Administrative duties such as updating personnel information to the HR system, monthly and ad-hoc invoices processing etc 
  • Recruitment matters such as liaising interviews, telephone interviews, drafting of contract
  • Drafting up monthly and the ad-hoc reports
  • Facilitate on boarding process
  • Coordinate with regional team as necessary
  • Support other ad-hoc HR projects such as data migration of legacy HR systems to a new Global HRIS System, facilitate internal email/document management system restructuring and assist in monthly HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Basic Microsoft skills for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Have a good attitude towards learning and teamwork
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and meticulous
  • Motivated and proactive
