Build your experience by being part of a high level support team for an International Law firm. No experience needed. You will be given on-the-job training
1) One of the client service members, receiving our clients and visitors, answering enquiries. Answering, screening and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person, and if necessary, to take messages accurately and forwarded the messages on a timely basis.
2) Participating in meetings/events support. Work with our secretaries and event co-ordinator on F&B requirements.
3) Maintaining a tidy appearance of the conference rooms before and after use, including the replenishment of stationery. Handling reprographics and fax transmissions requests for clients in the conference rooms.
4) Maintaining a Visitor/Contractor Pass log to document the issuance of visitor/contractor passes and, to follow up with a daily review of the log. Learn and be well-versed with meeting rooms equipment and updating wi-fi passwords
5) Opportunity to work with our disputes legal support team on documentation and admin tasks
6) Opportunity to work with the Operations Manager on ad hoc mini projects which will enhance your work experience and expand your skills set
7) General admin work such as facilities co-ordination, expenses, invoices payment etc
