Company Profile
We specialize in local distribution such as home and office deliveries and our delivery teams are operational for seven (7) days a week from 9.00am to 10.00pm except on public holidays. Additionally, our fleet is equipped with GPS devices where we will be able to track and coordinate thereby enhancing the efficiency of our delivery team, to meet customer expectations.
Job Description
Perform accounting operations such as
- Posting of entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing Accounts Receivables
- Processing Accounts Payables
Use application software such as
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- MYOB Premier v13 and Payroll 3.1
Office Administration
- Perform routine filing of office documents
- Handle telephone calls and escalation
- Receive customers and customer orders
