As a Founder Assistant, you will be responsible for multiplying the results and productivity of the founder while also assisting with special projects and tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small entrepreneurial organization that is growing very rapidly in an exciting industry. This position requires great organizational skills, communications skills, and willingness to take on tasks and learn new skills very rapidly. The ideal candidate will be required to exercise absolute discretion at all times.
Role description:
- Provide support to a variety of administrative tasks including; managing calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondences, scheduling meetings and interviews, collating reports and compiling for meetings, as necessary
- Be on track and well informed of upcoming commitments and events Attend meetings and taking minutes when required
- Conducting preliminary research and compiling findings Proactively plan, co-ordinate and ensure all schedules are followed
- Takes ownership of the completion of tasks and projects
- Ensure smooth communication between internal/external stakeholders
- Handle matters expeditiously and complete projects with deadline pressures
- Help organize team-wide meetings, activities, etc.
- Handle filing of business expenses Conduct office management duties and handle logistics as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an Admin, Secretarial, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Salary will commensurate with experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Able to exercise good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
- Self-starter and adaptable
