Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant or Intern to perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall support for operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. These include :

Assist in scheduling Courses and Coordination

Assist in planning and scheduling trainers and assignments

Co-ordinating with

Assist in scheduling Training for new Trainers

Assist in organising and scheduling interviews with prospective tutors

Create customised learning plans for students based on assessment results

Provide Customer service support

Maintain a filing system

Marking attendance, creating invoices and receipts and following up on payments

Provide after course and during course support to students and teachers

Provide support in project research work

Assist in new initiatives, and automation projects

Provide support in the marketing and promotions of the Business

Simple Book-Keeping

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as well as a team player
  • Prior operations and office administration experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided

This is a full time position. Part Time position can also be considered.

Working Days: Tuesday thru Sunday. Closed on Monday
